"Arianespace's heavy-lift Ariane 5 ECA launch is tentatively rescheduled for Friday.
The new launch date for Arianespace's heavy-lift Ariane 5 mission with SPAINSAT and HOT BIRD 7A has been tentatively set for Friday, February 24.
This will allow for additional preparations following the discovery of an anomaly with ground equipment earlier this week at Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana.
The new launch date will be confirmed by press release on Thursday, February 23.
The Ariane 5 and its dual-satellite payload remain in a safe condition in the ELA-3 launch zone at the Spaceport."
